Data You Provide To Us

You provide data to create an account (to register) with us.

Registration

To create an account, you need to provide data including your name, email address, mobile number, and a password. If you register for a Recruiter or Employer Service, you will need to provide payment and billing information (e.g. credit card). You create your Job Pairing profile to register with us (a complete profile helps you get the most from our Services).

Profile

You have choices about the information on your profile, such as your work experience, the industry you are in, expertise and specialties, and city and state. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you.

Contact and personal information that you’ve provided in your profile will only be visible to those members whom you have mutually agreed to be connected with to explore forming a pair for job sharing opportunities. No part of your profile will be visible to any site visitors. No part of your profile data will be sold to or shared with advertisers.

We do not require members to include sensitive data (e.g. race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health, or sexual life) in their Job Pairing profile. If you choose to include any such data in your profile, for example in the “say something about yourself” section, understand that it will be visible to other members with whom you have mutually agreed to be connected.

We will only collect information that is directly applicable to the services we provide in order to optimize your experience with the service, find the closest professional matches with whom you can pair, or enable recruiters and employers to find you as closest matches for their job positions.

Posting and Uploading

We collect personal data from you when you provide or upload it to our Services, such as when you fill out a form (e.g., job history, expertise, city or state), or upload a resume.

You don’t have to post or upload personal data; though if you don’t, it may limit your ability to grow and engage with your network over our Services to find close professional matches (job mates) to share a job with.

With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following data: the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit including clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products or templates you viewed or searched for, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). We do not currently honor “Do Not Track” signals.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your preferences which allows us to customize our Services according to your individual interests, speed up your searches, and recognize you when you return to our Services.
